•  Peppermint is operating reduced booking hours to enable clients to enter and leave the premises safely.

•  All staff will be wearing face masks and therapists will be wearing PPE – clients are also encouraged to wear masks, provided free of charge for those who require them.

​

•  All clients are encouraged to wash their hands before and after their appointment. We also have hand sanitizer gel located at the front reception desk and in all therapist rooms.

​

•  All appointments have a 15-minute break in between, which allows for enough time to change over and for cleaning of treatment rooms.

​

•  Clients should arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before their allocated time and leave promptly after their treatment ends.

​

•  If there are still clients in the clinic, clients are encouraged to wait outside until the clinic is free.

​

•  Attendance should be only by yourself (no family/friends) wherever possible.

​

 

Please understand that under no circumstances should you book or attend an appointment if you or any of your family members show any symptoms of the coronavirus in the past 14 days.
